Last year was my first time in an Ippolita store and Suzana was amazing. She helped me create a wish list, showed me how to wear different styles, and helped me choose items. Suzana told me how Ippolita got started and she was originally a sculptor. From that one visit I became a loyal ambassador of the brand.

I had a wonderful experience here with Maud, who helped me find the right ring, was more than willing to set it aside as I took a few days to contemplate the purchase, and made the whole process feel highly personalized.

I went into the store and the manager was very kind and helpful. She took her time with me and showed me pieces that I would not have ordinarily picked out for myself. It was a great experience overall.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for several weeks about my experience at the Ippolita Chicago boutique I was invited for an styling event to view the collection and boutique by the director ( the same day I was attending a PA at Bloomingdale’s) The boutique is beautiful and the team is so friendly and personable. I also met Sydney who helped me pick out my first IPPOLITA piece… my beautiful ring … I had several item I tried on that day that I just loved. Great options and great shopping experience. I visited in-store while in Chicago for a work conference and have continued shopping there remotely from LA. If you visit, ask for Maud - she's been the best, going above & beyond to make sure i'm taken care of!
