I contemplated for several weeks writing this review because I believe that one should give a business a chance to do better before writing an unfavorable review. I tried and they did not. I am very disappointed with the poor customer service and the poor quality of a $2000.00+ pair of large gold hoop earrings which I purchased at Ippolita at 900 N Michigan Ave in Chicago, IL. This is not about the particular store, but of the brand. Be careful, as the customer service is awful, at least if you order online. I ordered something and wanted to return it but was beyond the very short 2 week window. So I asked to exchange it, which they let me do (the period for exchanges is longer). I exchanged it for a pair of earrings that cost more than the original price, so I also paid an extra $300 or so. The total price was almost $2,000.
