We have been completely satisfied with the phlebotomy support from the IPPG team. They have been very professional, thorough, on time (or they call if they're running late), and we are so grateful that they come to our home to take care of the blood work and lab work requested by our doctors. We cannot get to the Kaiser facility to do lab work as we're homebound, so again, we're grateful for this wonderful service!!!

Absolutely trash. Mother has a post surgery CBC or complete blood count draw orders, (verified by calling Kaiser back after hours and dealing with a long wait.) This company canceled my mother's blood draw after 4p.m on a Friday and stated that a hemoglobin was not ordered. Moved her appointment further back and even tried to cancel the appointment until we reached the dr. 3 times this week there was a car, and emergency. Called at last minute each time to cancel and reschedule. We have Kaiser and not sure why they use this company but they have zero consideration for my time so far. I will update if the blood is drawn on Monday.
