I recently bought a tunic blouse and some leggings. I had very good customer service. The girl was very helpful in picking the color of leggings that would go with the tunic. The styles are good for all ages. I'm 63 and don't wear outrageous clothes for my age but like things that are stylish. The quality seems good too.
I won't EVER support this business again unless it's return policy changes. I also will suggest to the person who bought my gifts to not continue supporting this business. They wasted nearly $100 on gifts that won't be used. I received 3 items for my birthday early January with the tags still on them ($48, $29 and $22) and Ipnosi refused to exchange the items. Love the clothes here. Always very friendly staff when I go. Another cool thing is that majority of their clothes are made in the U.S.A.!
Just walked out of this place. The young lady working had the worst attitude. When we walked in, not a l99k, smile, a hello, nothing. She snapped at my friend while looking at a clothes rack (stocking must be more important than selling), then snapped at the child with us when he asked about a toy they were selling (think Matilda and the wench with the chocolates) then took the box of rings I was looking at, to rearrange them...
