I live in the Sea Grape Villa condominium and for several weeks now some vehicles that do not belong to our condominium have been parking in front of my property. I have already contacted the association manager but it seems that Innovative Property Management is not interested in my inconvenience and those vehicles are still being parked in front of my property. They are only interested in collecting the $250 monthly fee for the 112 apartments.
So far so good. Compared to other property management companies they work really well.
