Dr. Harris and his staff (Ashley and Nicole) are great; everyone is friendly and I'm never in the waiting room more than a couple of minutes past my appointment time.
Dr Harris and team, Sara, Sasha and Dawn have excellent bedside manner, professionalism and most of all have helped me so much managing my pain.
Dr. Maxwell and the entire staff are absolutely amazing. From scheduling to treatment to billing; the service could not be better. Above all this, the cheerful attitude and bedside manner of everyone here makes you feel like family. The best care around, bar none.
Time is 7 57 am.. I am walking into my appointment and was asked by an employee walking in.. my appointment is at 8 am. They asked me to wait 7ntil they opened at 8 to come in? But my appointment is at 8 am.. ? Already the day is late due to standards that are way lower than when I worked. Now as a patient and walking to an appointment, and thank God I can walk to get my Steroid shot in my spine. Was asked to come back when they are ready.? My job, I had to be ready when time was here. Absolutely fantastic staff. I had Dr. Mark Harris for a c7 steroid injection and I was 10 minutes late my fault, they got me right in and right out in about and hour. I have always had great experiences with this facility and will Absolutely use them whenever possible
