Had an absolutely amazing experience with this company to help me find a place to live. They are kind, helpful and full of life. I have been to many Property Management companies in the last few days and NONE compare to IPMG Inc. I recommend these wonderful ladies to anyone!!
Don't have IMPG manage your house; they don't look after your property well. Impg managed our house for over three years. Renter turnover was frequent and the time in between renters was excessive due to the slowness of getting the house ready to rent. They are poor about returning phone calls and emails. When our last tenant left, we were assured the yard which was damaged (dead lawn, bushes and trees due to not watering) would be taken from the security deposit. didn't watch our house while managing it. don't let them manage your house if you care about it. we had impg take care of our home while we were out of state. It was always hard to get them to call us about anything or return our calls. The tenant turnover was high even though the property was in a nice neighborhood and was rented at a good fee.
