I have used IPM for years to manage our properties. Exceptional service and always quick to respond to our tenants requests.
These guys will do anything they can to scam you. Do not rent properties from these scum. If you do, take pictures of everything wrong, and save receipts. They will say you didn't pay them, and try to make you pay them again. They will rent out properties with Broken appliances and then charge you for it when you move out. These people suck.
Not too excited about them. Office is never open, and the staff doesn't deal with real issues. Maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
