UPDATE: Penn refunded 100% of my money, so they get 5 stars for this. However, please be careful with their Memphis midtown unit available for short term rent on Vrbo - 963 New York St. The property is very old and in desperate need of repair and renovation. It's located in sketchy area and I heard every step and running water from the upstairs unit into the wee hours of the morning. There is NO parking behind the building, only on street. I have used IPM for years to manage our properties. Exceptional service and always quick to respond to our tenants requests.
These guys will do anything they can to scam you. Do not rent properties from these scum. If you do, take pictures of everything wrong, and save receipts. They will say you didn't pay them, and try to make you pay them again. They will rent out properties with Broken appliances and then charge you for it when you move out. These people suck.
