Sadly, I've had a bad experience with IPM. The first tech who came, Larry, was professional, pleasant, clean cut, and communicative. When the second tech, Karl, came, he didn't know what he was there for. He said the office didn't tell him. He didn't know if he was looking for termites or wasps, or whatever. To start, Karl did NOT introduce himself or communicate the scope of his work. Nor did he put on, or even offer to put on shoe protectors.
