I have a mice problem, and suspected larger creatures, I purchased the annual contract, and VIKING good, coming back quickly each time I need them. I got a new roof, didn't help. After 3 years of Viking ONLY setting mouse traps, the problem got much worse. They would not actually go into the attic. They would only poke their head through the ceiling opening. IPM formerly operated here but now it is Viking. No way is Viking a better operation! I was put on hold and to get an appointment was a series of conversations with people located in different locations. Ridiculous. I decided price and inconvenience was not worth the trouble.
We recently switched from another service to Viking and we could not be happier with the service we received. Our technician was Tim Daley and he was prompt and professional. I received text notifications reminding me of my scheduled service and got a text when Viking was on their way to my home. Their customer service has been so easy to contact and I am very pleased with their products and services. Highly recommend!!!
Always on time, very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.
