IPM formerly operated here but now it is Viking. No way is Viking a better operation! I was put on hold and to get an appointment was a series of conversations with people located in different locations. Ridiculous. I decided price and inconvenience was not worth the trouble.
We recently switched from another service to Viking and we could not be happier with the service we received. Our technician was Tim Daley and he was prompt and professional. I received text notifications reminding me of my scheduled service and got a text when Viking was on their way to my home. Their customer service has been so easy to contact and I am very pleased with their products and services. Highly recommend!!!

Sold my home needed this service contacted them on the 9th plus paid them in full, they arrived as planned on the 19th, but could not do the work because they failed to contact PS&G to mark out the yard. So went back and forth finally PSEG arrived 3 days later and the service was completed the next day.....
