Gotta be the best place ever! I went in with my iPhone 7 Plus with the screen all shattered & the mic somewhat broken. I told one of the owners what was wrong with it & he said it would only cost $74 plus tax, which is a outstanding deal. He also said it would be done by 2:30 PM (brought it in at 12:30 PM). I did some small errands to let time go by & find out it was done in 30 minutes! I came back & bought a case with it, which was a real good price! Joel is top notch! He repaired my phone immediately after the part arrived and got it in the mail for us (back to Verizon), as we live out of state and would have had to drive back up to pickup the phone. Will definitely use him again! Thanks Joel!
These guys are so horrible. They verbally attacked us and threatened our lives because we voiced the fact that they put faulty cheap screens in that they replace. The screens crack when they get warm on charge. They put three different screens in my phone and the first one cracked, the second one the screen would go in and out as a dark blue and they put on my screen protector the second time and when it was replaced the third time he ripped the protector of and refused to replace it. We had several tablets over the years broken for various reasons.
