Wow what more can you ask for, this guy John walks it like he talks it. Walked in with a phone needing an upgrade cause the phone was froze. John said, boy I dont't know if this is going to work, but after a few tries he got it going.
Great experience! Brought my daughter's iPhone in because it had stopped charging. Scheduling was fast and easy, service was excellent, the problem was fixed quickly. Also did not try to upsell a new battery after the existing battery tested good. I would highly recommend.

He also cleaned 4 years of lint out of my lightning and aux ports at no extra charge. Enjoyed looking through his display case of legacy Apple devices as well. Will definitely be back.
