He went above and beyond to help my wife on a holiday weekend. We were visiting from out of town.

The entire back of my phone was shattered. Mr. Steve gave me a very reasonable quote. He worked with my schedule and walked me through the entire process. If I ever have any more damage done to my IPhone, I will be calling Steve!
