Hi in this Apple store.Customer service is really disappointing.I never advice anyone to visit Pleaston Apple Store. I got iPhone 16pro max but somehow I couldn’t trade in same day but I went there after two back but they said they can’t get my receipt in there system but they can’t give me total amount they told me before. This guys did not mention in the receipt they can not trade after two weeks. I request store manager still he didn’t do it for me.
