I came in to have my phone screen replaced and right off the bat he was charging more than Apple. Once I got my phone back, the coloration was weird and my phone was slower than usual. Two days later, my screen was completely black and green. I came in to get it fixed and all he did was open it up and damage it even further. He insisted it couldn’t be covered under the warranty despite there being no damage to the screen protector or actual phone (cracks or dents).
