Administran propiedades que colocan en Booking y no tienen ni el respeto ni decencia de contestar nunca mensajes. Intentan hacer rebajo de la estadía y ni siquiera tienen autorizado en Booking y luego solo dicen "no puedes hospedarte, lo siento" Solo 2 días antes del viaje. Booking intento localizarlos y tampoco lo lograron. Viajábamos con niños fue un completo desastre ojalá no se embarquen con esta gente por que mejor se dedicarán a otra cosa
They have stolen our monies! Do not trust this company with your rental property. They owe us and my parents over 10,000 Dollars in rental income.
Tried to rent my home to guests ..used photos of my home and rented it and then guest coming recognized pics on my vrbo listing and saw dates weren’t blocked and reached out to me to ask what was going on….they took her $ and she is in UK…they have never ever had my property to rent or manage ever…so don’t trust them at all…and everyone rent direct from vrbo NOT from other companies —now this lady in UK is trying to get her 2000 Euros back from them
When we reserved the house through VRBO, we were told the remaining balance was due March 19, 2024. However, IPG attempted to charge my credit card in both October of 2023 and January of 2024. Then, they changed the house because the owner didn't want to rent it anymore, which was fine, but neither VRBO nor IPG notified me. The VRBO app still shows the old house list, and despite my requests, they never resolved it with IPG. Do not trust this company with your money or your vacation. They advised us less than 48 hours before our arrival that our house was Not available. We had already driven 15 hours towards our destination. They suggested another location 3 mins away which we agreed to. Then the next morning, less than 36 hours before our arrival they advised that house wasn’t available either. They wanted us to take a home 30 mins away in a subdivision and not on a Golf course.
