I absolutely would not do business with these people you’ve been warned.
We have been waiting for 10 days for our paperwork to be sent to our lender so we can close on a house. No one will answer the phone or return the numerous messages we have left. Very unprofessional and not at all how a new family moving to this area for the first time should be treated.
Tracy Hock appraised my home and guest lodge in 2016. Both had been appraised one year prior for a reasonable price.Tracy charged me $5000.00 and made mistakes on the property descriptions. He claimed the travel time was the reason for the excessive charges. However, the previous appraiser travel similar distance and charged a fraction of Ipex’s invoice. Do not hire Tracy Hock or any company he works for. He is dishonest.
Our lending company used Nicky Blank as an appraiser for refinancing our home. We paid for the appraisal the beginning of June and the appraisal was due July 6th. The lending company still has not received the appraisal and no one is responding to the lending company or myself. We need to have this in order to close and would like to get this resolved ASAP
