So I live in the area and there is Acclaim Apartments and Sheraton Crescent Hotel and like 6 other businesses in the 2 business centers . So the security right next to ipc healthcare has been rude unhelpful and watch bums come in and out of the apartments. And do nothing since it is not their area to do. Wow, IPC would you really let that kinda security watch your place. They just sit on the golf cart and drive around the business centers every 30 min. And that's all they do.
Extremely rude and unhelpful staff that answers the phone. Hung up once on me then connected me to the wrong primary physician. This is Healthcare with urgent matters please teach ur staff at the call center that.
