My expereince with the dentist was a bit of mixed bag. However, the rating is for their amazing receptionist Mr Nabi. I visited today and queued in early to see a dentist as walkin after i was sent here from Wyndham Vale IPC. After a long wait when i was trying to leave for another appointment, Nabi insisted i stay back longer as it will result in another day of waiting, this was very helpful and saved me another day of waiting. I was seen by a dentist named Dragana. Unfortunately, she appeared uninterested and gave me the impression that she did not want to be there or spend time with patients. I felt rushed and did not receive clear explanations about my treatment. There was also an issue with my imaging referral, which was not completed. On the other hand, the receptionist was friendly, helpful, and professional, and I truly appreciated her support. Dr. Dilaftofe was also patient, caring, and successfully resolved my dental problem. Good job. Saved me getting a tooth removed or a root canal. I was nervous as to get my tooth removed and ended up getting a filling instead. The staff especially the dentist and his assistant took all the stress out of it. Thanks
Really bad place save your time and money and go to a proper dental clinic. here they just laugh at you and don’t consider your problem serious
