Is the 2nd best dental group in the known universe
I had a tooth extraction at IPC yesterday and, despite being in a lot of pain, I had a really positive experience. A special thank you to Nabi at reception, who was incredibly kind, warm, helpful and respectful. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and supported. The dentist was also excellent—very professional and gentle. Unfortunately, I don’t know their name. Thank you, Nabi, for making a difficult experience so much easier.

My expereince with the dentist was a bit of mixed bag. However, the rating is for their amazing receptionist Mr Nabi. I visited today and queued in early to see a dentist as walkin after i was sent here from Wyndham Vale IPC. After a long wait when i was trying to leave for another appointment, Nabi insisted i stay back longer as it will result in another day of waiting, this was very helpful and saved me another day of waiting.
