Great Dr.'s here at the Maple Grove IPC Consulting Very thorough & listen to concerns & address any issues in a timely manner & very nice office staff as well, I enjoy the service I have had there!

I've had a great experience here. There aren't any nurses on staff but the cost is much more reasonable because of that. The front desk person that I work with (Lynn I think) has always been phenomenal. I haven't personally had a bad experience with the reception staff. My appointments are always on a Monday with a psychiatrist.

Gave me a run around after switching psychiatrists. Actually forcing me to use one that only comes in at 5 pm. Proceeded to tell me that the previous was fired for doing something illegal with meds and then couldn’t even send my script in right. Called for support and got hung up on by Anne and then told I’d be referred elsewhere and maybe have my meds filled. Who knows. Overall it’s ok. One lady at the desk is really great but the other is horrible and has no time for you. They auto cancel appts so you gotta be on top of it if you make an appointment. This is hard for a lot of mental health patients like myself. When I brought this up the one lady was super rude. She also another time mentioned she was too busy to deal with me right now when I was trying to pay. If your payment is late the cost more than doubles so don’t pay late.
