The staff is super friendly and kind, taking time showing me the selection of balloons, also made it into a cute balloon bouquet.
Very rude employees, have no respect. We waited 10mins for other people to fill up their balloons and they told us that they could fill ours up too. By the time it was our turn he told us he could not blow up the balloons when there was still 15 minutes left till closing, even though when we walked in he told us he could. I told him I also work retail and he started mocking me and I told him, in retail you don’t turn customers away 15mins before closing, and he told me “that’s so sweet of you” and continued to mock me. Very nice store, lots of products to browse. Seasonal stuff, and everyday items are relatively cheap and decent quality for the price you pay. Too many self check out though. We should stop using them and force big businesses to hire actual people to help ecomony.
