I unfortunately have to give this company the lowest rating. I dropped my iPad off to be repaired on June 20th and was told it would be done in 3-4 days. I called 5 days later having heard nothing. Was told it would be done by June 27th. I called again on July 1st having heard nothing. After asking for a refund, I was told the service had been completed. It's expensive but they do good work. Only 3 stars because I called around to see who could fix my iPad the fastest-they told me two days tops and it took SEVEN. I even told them that I needed it so my disabled child could communicate more effectively- they didn't care. When I called again on day 6 I was told "Maybe we will get to it today, maybe tomorrow". I don't feel like I was valued as a customer (my 3rd visit in 6 months) and they didn't apologize for the additional 5 days that they had our device. Good work, but disho... read more

Had some communication mishaps the first time I visited the store, store leadership helped correct the problem though. Recently went back again for another screen replacement and was in and out in under 15 minutes. Much happier and glad I gave them a second chance! As hard as I am on phones in sure I'll need another screen and I'll be back for sure.

Very unhappy, their service and customer service just a nightmare. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to get their phone repaired at either of their locations. Clearly they cannot repair phones; even though they say they can. Very disappointed with the outcome.
