I just got off the phone with a person by the name of James at ipart over a return part. It's about the rear bumper i've order back on 2/4/25 was return to them just yesterday, here are the issues. 1. I ordered rear bumper with no trailer hitch opening. even on their invoice indicates w/o hitch opening. 2 upon opening the package ( following day)noticed they have sent the wrong part - with opening for hitch. i called them back and notified them wrong part was sent but they didn't have the correct part was given a ref number ... read more
