Truly legitimate cell phone repair services. I've been to a few places in the Pinellas area, but they pale in comparison. The workers are either too lazy, too rude, too unintelligent, or too ignorant to service you correctly. iParamedics was a refreshing change of pace. They emphasized customer satisfaction and performed with a sense of urgency and likability. They proved that they treat their customers like family by deciding to repair my cell phone after hours. I took in a fully functioning Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 that needed a battery. I got back a non charging non functional tablet. They actually told me if we leave the back off it works fine. Oh well 600.00 tablet down the drain......SEE YA IN SMALL CLAIMS!!! And a report to the Better Business Bureau, this will not pass, I'm the wrong one to have crossed.

I went there today out of a recommended from a friend to have an iPad screen repaired. They were professional, friendly and courteous. They set the expectation upfront how long it would take for repair, and they were right on point. They were extremely busy which says a lot. Will recommend them to anyone! I have other devices that need repair and I will take them here for repair. Thank you for your quick and efficient service.
Fast and reasonable. Friendly service. Took my cracked iphone 6 in to have glass replaced. Took about 15mins. and I was out the door. Also picked up a couple accessories for my phone while waiting. This place came highly recommended and I see why. I will never take my phone anywhere else. Thanks!! You guys rock!!!
