If you are really considering taking a job at Ipanema Solutions, do not. It is a horrible place to work. The owner only cares about lining his pockets with money and has no interest in his employees or the terrible employee morale. You would do better getting two jobs than to take a job here.

Working here was one of my biggest waste of time. The ultimate challenges of working here are massive layoffs, disrespectful owner and disorganized work processes. Lots of great employees left due to being stepped on and taken advantage of. To watch it go down in flames as a result of incredibility sad, leadership/management, deceitful practices, ego and greed is incredibly sad.

These guys are the best! I called multiple shops for the best price and they had the most competitive prices for the brands I was looking for. Service was great, in and out in a few hours. The staff are super helpful and answered all my questions.

Ipanema offers amazing services and it is obvious that they care about the satisfaction of their clients. We’re so happy we chose Ipanema for our technological equipment. Their software is unbelievable! Really user friendly and easy to use. Nothing bad to say about their service, either. Thank you for everything, IS!
