Love Ipanemas! Great lunch with side salad & sweet potato 🍠 fries! So affordable & good for you! Not to mention lovely staff & cozy atmosphere.
My husband got the jack fruit bbq sandwich and it was decent. I got the red beans and rice. Wasn't hittin' at all. It was missing something. Not sure what. Or maybe just too many flavors competing. Can't really put my finger on it. It's worth another try though since there aren't many restaurants in RVA that that cater to vegetarian and vegan diets.

The grilled artichoke and fried polenta with Greek green beans were fantastic! Good prices and beer selection, too. Staff was very attentive and friendly.
My other home! The lovely folk here take great care of you serving delicious food and tasty bevs.
