Had them fix a plug in my tire left and and the tire made noise and jerking in wheel brought it back they said it’s not the plug it’s the rear tire. Turns out they broke the lug sud in the front and glued the lug not on told me it was fixed until I tried removing my front tire and couldn’t. I use to enjoy here but simply dishonest act would never bring me back
i gave these people 5 stars previously for basic work. trusted them to bring my car in for an oil leak. in honesty i agreed could be rear main seal, but it was an oil hose which they replaced, maybe 200 -300 dollar job. they never called me to update and went forward on rear main seal for 1500 dollars. my car was in that place for over one month and after several attemps to get my car back, it never ran again. i had paid them before i checked out 2200 dollars because i trusted them. finally they towed my car to my home and s... read more

Dropped car off yesterday for an alternator install which is covered by Endurance warranty. They charged the warranty company 707.00 for the alternator, 540.75 for 3hours labor which is 175.00/hour labor. After they received my car and claimed they started working on it yesterday morning, they then called me at 11.30am approx to inform me that I would have to give them an additional 200.00 in addition to the 100.00 deductible before I can get my car fixed.
