Mick Balanda helped me greatly in my first home purchase. It was a lengthy process with issues with the seller, the property, appraisal, and inspection but none of those were due to IP advisors or Mick. In fact, without his help those issues could have completely derailed my purchase and caused further delay. I fully trusted him to handle everything that came up and he did so promptly with great communication to me and my realtor. All said and done, Mick made my first home purchase possible.
