I have been a patient at this clinic for a few years now for different things. Switched my Biote pelleting to them and it was the best decision I made! The staff is personable, compassionate and so knowledgeable! No other clinic I would recommend!
Every time I have been here it has been wonderful. I have seen two different providers due to schedules and they both are very knowledgeable and great listeners. They help you come up with the best plan for you.
I am submitting this complaint regarding my recent experience with Iowa Women’s Health Center and, specifically, my interaction with a representative named Amy. This morning, I called the office to follow up regarding a voicemail I had previously left because I was unable to attend my scheduled appointment. Every time I have an appointment at the IWHC I am treated with respect. The caregivers are thorough and competent. I feel safe in this environment and would encourage others to go and expect the same treatment.
