I've been going to them for a while. This year I gotten new safety glasses and first they forgot to order them. Then, the lab didn't send them, and then I had paid extra more than my insurance covered. And come to find out. I was supposed to get billed through my work and not them. If I had not bitched about it, they would have kept the money the. Reception lady very, very rude. I will never, ever go back to them again
