I have been part of this community for 3 yrs & couldn't be happier. It is well maintained, excellent management & staff. My apartment is spacious & most important affordable. It is in a great location that is conveniently located near stores, shopping & restaurants. In our senior years its very important to feel safe, secure, in a clean & friendly community. Thank you for providing me with peace of mind!
I moved in here 9 months ago and love it. My neighbors are nice, my apartment is very comfortable and nice especially for low income apartments. I have always had my maintenance requests taken care of within 24 hrs or less and they have a great common area with free classes. Also in a great location!
I finally finished helping a friend move in and these are the cheapest apartments I have EVER been in. Doors aren't even sanded on the top, cabinets and drawers are banged up and scratched, counter tops scratched. Bottom lining in cabinets are already cracked. Floors in walkways are warped. How that ever passed inspection is BEYOND me. Forget even trying to talk to an actual human being that cares about the residents. They advertised air conditioning and there isn't any.
