Sherry RN in pre-op was wonderful. She was so attentive to all of all of my needs and concerns. When there was difficulty in starting my IV, she enlisted the help of Dawson CRNA. I can not speak highly enough of his patience and dedication to his practice as I was difficult to find a vein on. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in there care during my surgery prep. I would highly recommend ISH for treatment of your medical needs. You will be treated like family and always in capable hands.
Coming through the west door to clinic, the woman at the reception desk (Friday July 11th) yesterday, was so kind and caring! I wish I'd caught her name. The offer to get a wheelchair, and use of her personal umbrella, was so appreciated! At real asset to ISH!

I had an ultrasound performed at Iowa Specialty in Belmond, and the results were read by Dr. Travis Petree. Unfortunately, the report was marked as "unremarkable," despite the presence of clear abnormalities. This significant oversight was not discovered until more than six months later, leading to a serious delay in care and a cascade of events that are still unfolding. I had my first 2 C-section here, then my second 2 C-sections at bigger hospitals in Minnesota. The care at the Clarion hospital was phenomenal and notably better than what I've experienced elsewhere. The nurses were empathetic and attentive, they had massage therapists come in to give free massages, physical therapists taught about scar tissue massage and after care for the incision, the rooms were nice with private bathrooms, and the list goes on... the next two hospitals I delivered at had none of this!
