We unfortunately had a horrible experience with this company. To begin with, the delivery was late by 2.5 hours. We noticed right away there was a bad sewage smell and the water in the toilet and all faucets was pink! We contacted the company and they sent out someone the next morning to flush the tanks and refill— only to run out of fresh water from hand washing (no shower or dish washing use) in under 12 hours with just two adults and two small children using the camper & primarily using bathroom facilities on site. Iowa RV Rental was excellent. They were always very responsive with any questions or concerns we had and very proactive with regards to letting us know about any potential upcoming weather events. We'll absolutely use them again next time we're in Des Moines.
