If I could give this business negative five stars I would. They falsely advertised the home, they never fixed anything that they even labeled their selves as HAZARDOUS. Way too many issues to even list in one review. They are money hungry, rude, careless, and their employees are extremely unprofessional and lazy. I've never in my life dealt with such a horrible group of people. They will lie straight to your face and expect you to pay for things that were wrong before you moved in. Stay away from these people if you can. My post would be two pages long if I put all of the negatives.
Stay far away from this company no matter how much you love the property. They are out to make money and they will find everything and anything to keep your security deposit. They are very deceptive in their practices and also you will pay for anything that breaks in the house. For example shortly after we move in washer breaks twice we drop close to 500.00. Electrical issue in house they send one of their guys, could not fix try charging us 60.00 for him coming out, said they were sending an electrician...well no one ever c... read more
