I've been with this company for my personal benefit as well as family and friends and we all love the compassion and total understanding of everyone we have involved with as far as Mammogram, MRIs, and CT-Scan. Thank you so much Iowa Radiology!!!!
I would honestly give them no Stars I tried to resolve a issue with my child arm over the phone they just point blank blew me off I got pictures and doctor orders on what to do but the front desk would not let me talk to no one else to register a complaint I'm beyond ticked off my child arm is all tore up and they don't care. Sorry more training is needed for the staff there I will think twice if I ever go there again this was the downtown location too
