was basicly told they dont care that their mandated fill dates for my adhd meds that i need for work. very disapointed they give no leeway in proscriptions not caring about me or my livelihood
Nurse Megan needs an attitude adjustment and to learn that the patient (customer) is her bread and butter. No one dealing with major depression needs your attitude. FREE CARE? I was present when Hannah paid 200.00 the last of Feb and entered into an agreement with the practice. Another payment was to be made the last of March. She owes less than 300.00. My physician retired so they assigned a new one. They charged me a new patient fee to talk to her. I refused to pay the additional fee. I sent a check only to receive an invoice stating I owed the whole amount and they also sent the bill to a collection service.
I had been in and out of different offices for about 8 years trying to find someone I click with. I feel so lucky to have found this office. I click with my provider, the front staff is friendly, and the nurses are good about calls back. This place has helped and is continuously helping me with myself. Very frustrating to book a 7:30am appointment and no one is here, and at 8:00 the doctor still isn't here. Very inconsiderate and disrespectful to the patient.
I went to get help with med control for my depression the nurse practitioner was the most scatter brained person. Called my med in all wrong so I spent 2 days getting it straighten out. Then at 10pm on friday night they send the police to my house to check on me. This is one crazy place with to many crazy people in it, even for this crazy person. THIS IS THE REASON MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS ARE SO MISS DIAGNOSES, ITS THE DOCTORS THAT MAKE IT HORRIBLE!!!!!! Will never go back or recommend to ANYONE!!!!
