Kent from Iowa Portable toilets was very hard to reach. He didn't answer most of the time and his voice mail was always full. When I finally got a hold of him he assured me that they would be there the day before to set up and not only did he not set up the day before he didn't show up at all. We spoke with him 30 min before the time of our event and he said he was on his way. He never showed up and when we called he hung up on us. I had to let over 75 people use my restroom in my home.
