Suspicious charges that were denied by my insurance company. I still don't know what this company does. They should be investigated.
I was sent the wrong bill that didn't reflect my insurance's payment (and I know they submitted to insurance because I got an EOB). I ignored it, assuming it would be adjusted, and then I got a letter saying if I didn't pay within 2 days, they'd send it to collections. So I paid in a panic and now have to wait to get the extra I didn't actually owe refunded to me. This feels like an unethical approach to billing.
