I tried to be a customer but this guy is all smoke and mirrors. I think his shop's just a front to get good pricing on commercial equipment/parts for his own lawn care company. "Chris" talks a smooth game but its all BS. Says "I only offer things I wish were available to me when I started out" Then tries to sell a USED DEMO machine for more $$ than a new unit from the company direct (then argues the MSRP is $5499?!).
