I was in today, unfortunately I had my appointment date mixed up.After realizing so I asked a few questions I was cut short while asking question.There was two other young ladies at the the computer with her that was extremely dismissive.When I walked away one of th made a joke about my mix up..I understand that some people are learning but in this type of environment that shouldn’t cost patients their dignity being “New” or “young isn’t a excuse either..
Dr Galles, Iowa Ortho foot/ankle specialist, was knowledgeable and awesome. He was thorough, compassionate and took his time to deal with my foot/ankle issue. He explained thoroughly what he thought the problem might be. I look forward to his help in finally figuring out what is causing my foot pain.
As always Dr Mahoney shows interest to what I say and we develop a plan together.
