this company is a joke!!! they just screwed us out of $500!! they fail to mention information that would save us $500!! the ladies in the office are horrible with customer service and are liars. they also say all the phone calls are recorded?! lol but wont find them for me. I want to hear all my phone calls that were recorded. I have the right to hear them or are they lying about that too? I also didnt get phone calls about my bill like she said I clearly got. but wont prove it to me!!! you guys sure know how to screw people... read more
Easy to work with, reliable power
I live in an income based apartment and they charge everyone an access fee of $35, and I’m assuming it’s to keep the lights on in the hallways and what not. I don’t think that’s right.. also the customer service sucks, they’re so rude and cut you off when you’re talking.
The best out there! Always there when we need you, rain, snow or shine.
We were without power for the majority of the day today.. but the crews didn’t give up and we have power back! We appreciate their hard work very much!
Thank you to the line crews out in blizzard conditions restoring our power. Your dedication is greatly appreciated.
Incredibly unreliable service. After no power thru most of the night once it was finally restored it was only on for a few hours before it was out again. My daughter had a birthday party in the dark with no cake because I had no power to bake it.
