When I arrived, my picture was taken and liscense copied like a criminal with no explanation. Ask to sign vague language paperwork. I was NOT informed of the $250 consult price prior to appt either by phone when I made the appt, or when I arrived, and was only told after the consultation when a price sheet was pulled out and was told “$250 due today”, then was pressured to start and pay for ridiculously high priced testing. We do offer a free phone consultation, which you did not take advantage of before your visit, where you could have asked whatever questions you may have had, including consultation fees.
