Yet again trying to call and leave msgs no one answers or calls back what’s going on !? I have been trying to call for 2 weeks left voicemails and call back number can’t get anyone to call me back !
I called to set an appointment for my children. We have Medicaid through the state. I asked if they accept the insurance and the woman I spoke to said yes. From there she asked what kind of insurance, I replied (through the state of Iowa) Medicaid. And she stated, “ we don’t have any dentist for cleaning” “We only have someone for braces only” what dentist place doesn’t have dentist? Disappointed
I finally got in for an initial exam after a few months and needed to come back later for fillings. The day before my appointment I had missed a call from them. There was no message left, but they canceled my appointment because the dentist was out. I ended up driving over an hour and couldn't even get in. I scheduled call backs online and over the phone, but after two months I still hadn't heard back.
