Dr. shaeffer and your entire staff members, starting right from the front desk, you are amazing! You guys made me very comfortable when i came in with a cracked tooth that required a root canal. Dr. Shaeffer, and her assistant explained the underlying issues, my treatment options, and both her and i chose the best option at the time. I could not have been any happier. I would recommend this office to anybody in need of genuine care.
I was recently referred to Dr Schaeffer from my usual dentist for my first root canal. I had a lot of anxiety beforehand, but the entire staff is very patient and kind! Jay welcomes you as he processes paperwork and answers questions. Assistant Alex is ready to answer questions or to research until she can! Couldn’t ask for a friendlier staff. Dr. Schaffer and her team were all so great. I was nervous as can be for a root canal and they made me feel so at ease as soon as I was in the chair. I would highly recommend the clinic!
