This place is full of the kindest people ever. I was nervous about getting my root canal and they did everything to make it an easy and comfortable process!
A root canal sounds scary and painful. However, my experience with two procedures done at Iowa Endodontics P.C. has been the complete opposite. Dr. Michelle Schaeffer and her staff are the absolute best. They were professional and personable. I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I felt I was in the care of the very best.

Came here last year to have a tooth evaluated. The staff was very unprofessional asking me how I was going to pay for the root canals in front of other patients, and was very rude about it. Then I go back and she tells me my tooth could not be saved as well as telling me the one next to it needed to be pulled. She was wrong altogether! I left this place crying! I was so embarrassed. Dr. shaeffer and your entire staff members, starting right from the front desk, you are amazing! You guys made me very comfortable when i came in with a cracked tooth that required a root canal. Dr. Shaeffer, and her assistant explained the underlying issues, my treatment options, and both her and i chose the best option at the time. I could not have been any happier. I would recommend this office to anybody in need of genuine care.
