I am not actually a patient because when I tried to set an appointment 5 days ago I was told I need a referral. They received that the same day, finally today I call for the 3rd time to try to schedule to be told their appointments are 5 months out. Would have been nice to have been told that 5 days ago. Not very pleased with lack of communication and follow through.
Kim is an outstanding nurse.
Iowa Ear Center was very thorough and accurate. Technician directions made it easy to follow through with assignments. As indicated, VGN test is very accurate and determines inner ear problem or a central nervous system problem. Much needed and would refer family and friends.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The audiologist took time to listen to my hearing history and offered practical and helpful solutions.
