I absolutely love all the employees. My husband and I bought our wedding sets and my engagement ring through Iowa Diamond. The craftsmanship and quality are remarkable. If you are looking for a personal experience and outstanding quality than this is the place to go!
Unless you'd like poor customer service and frankly, bad products with diamonds falling out of your ring, I'd avoid Iowa Diamond like the plague. This review is a long time coming - I finally had the time to sit out and write our poor experience with them over the last decade. We bought my engagement ring and wedding band here, as well as my husband's wedding ring. Gina, our salesperson, took so much time with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Our jewelry is gorgeous and very unique. I had my diamond appraised by an outside appraiser for insurance purposes and they said my diamond is as close to perfect as "regular" people (non movie stars!) can get! Spent thousands, up front. They were happy to take our money and then three full weeks later, we still haven't heard a word back from them. They said the 16th and now its already the 23rd. I emailed and they replied with a snotty and arrogant reply. I still have no idea where our engagement ring is. DO NOT BUY FROM IOWA DIAMOND.
