Very disappointed. I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient, but I was told I needed a referral just to be seen by Dr. Myers. Without a referral, they would not schedule me or see me at this clinic. This requirement wasn't clear, and it made the process frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. I hope they communicate their policies more clearly to future patients.
