Super friendly, helpful and informative staff who are very careful and considerate with their work. Have only been with this new office a few times but they've been excellent every time.
I’m a 74 year-old man. I’ve gone to many dentists in my life. Of all the dentists I’ve known, Dr. Jeremiah Phams is the friendliest, gentlest, most professional one of all. I even encouraged my wife to switch to him for her dentist, and she likes him, too! All the members of his staff at his Grimes office were professional, friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Jeremiah Phams to anyone looking for a great dentist!
Staff is very competent and personable
I had put off my dental health for too long. I made my appointment at the Grimes office and was very anxious about my first appointment. I have very high anxiety around dental appointments due to previous negative experiences and prior personal history. While I knew my teeth needed a lot of TLC, I was also very worried about being judged by the staff. Not the case at all. Everyone was very kind and understanding. This by far has been the best experience I’ve ever had, when it comes to dentistry. The team was amazing and thoughtful. Definitely recommend this place.
