In 2014 we had an egress window w/cover added to the south side of our townhome. We worked with Chris (who no longer works @ ICC) and the work was well done. Twelve years later we are still enjoying the south light into our family room. As an aside, our three cats love it when I remove the screen & open the window so they can go "outside." It's a very safe great escape for them.

Terrible experience. One guy left wet concrete foot prints through the building. There’s a trail a crap from pouring out of their truck when they left so now we have to hire someone else to come and pressure wash that up. Prep was a joke. Vacuuming while they were cutting was a seemed more as show than actually effective. Clean up was non existent beyond putting their tools away. Their gear was packed up and they were rolling out faster than lightning. Wish there was some pride in the work and a bit more attention to detail.

Great service, easy to get a hold of and did the work the same day. Not much else I could ask for. I would definitely recommend.
