I needed tires for my Grandson and live in Universal City, Texas. I called to discuss my situation and Mike was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and took time to discuss the tires and my grandson was scheduled for the next day and loves his new tires. Definitely will tell all my relatives who live there and if I need help when visiting this is the place I will go!!
My wife had a problem with 3 of the 4 tires losing air that were mounted by another Company. They repaired the tires, rotated the tires, and most importantly took the time explain the problem and show her why they were leaking. My family has always used Iowa City Tire because of their excellent service. Thanks, Jake for another good job.
