I did due diligence in comparing companies and local providers. We seem to be fortunate to have strong options in the Corridor. However, after meeting with multiple folks, it was the patience, insight, skill, attentiveness, and ability to personalize to my unique needs by Dr. Jonathan Stirn that made me commit to Iowa Audiology. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate after giving me the exam they let me know that my hearing is at an acceptable range and I don't need hearing aids at this point.
Great timing and turnaround on updating my hearing aids. Have been a long-term customer and have always had a great experience.
Dr. Carr wants her patients to have the best hearing possible - attentive, knowledgeable and successfully works hard towards that goal!
I have been a very satisfied customer/patient for over 7 years and have always been pleased and often pleasantly surprised with their products, service, knowledge, skills, inventory, response time and accessibility. They are only 15 minutes from home - so that is frosting on cake.
